You will receive our welcome email and be assigned a personal Patient Advocate. The advocate will help you answer any questions and schedule your one-on-one doctor’s call, which is free of charge.
In the second email, you will receive, there will be a link to fill out a short survey form to start gathering information for your call. You will also receive an automated text message with the survey link. Some phone carriers do block the text.
Please complete the form immediately by email or text message. Once you’ve completed it, your call with your advocate will be scheduled.
